When reloading military brass, the crimp must be removed from the primer pocket, before seating a primer. Here is the quickest and most accurate way to do this.
This smooth cutting, staggered tooth cutter will chamfer many thousands of cases and will do the job consistently. By setting the stop collar on your Case Trimmer you can control the depth and uniformity of the cut. The tool fits both small and large primer pockets and may be used with either the Original, Classic 50 or Power Case Trimmers.
